You train with me
Sydney Bespoke Trainer is my business. I design your program, coach every session and make the adjustments myself.
One-to-one coaching for strength, hypertrophy and body composition — with programming adjusted around how you move, perform and respond to training.
I know training takes time out of a busy day, so I want every session to be worth it. Exercise selection, technique, loading and progression are all chosen with a reason.
Sydney Bespoke Trainer is my business. I design your program, coach every session and make the adjustments myself.
I choose movements for the return they give you — not to fill time or make a session look complicated.
Research guides the plan, but good coaching is more nuanced than following a template. Your reps, technique, recovery and response tell me when to push, adjust or leave something alone.
I watch how you move and how your form changes under load. Small technical changes can make a big difference.
We add load, reps or volume when you are ready. Progression is earned, not forced.
Macro and nutrition guidance supports the training without turning your life into a meal plan.

I started training in my teens and bodybuilding quickly became a major part of my life. Learning how to build muscle and change my own physique sparked the interest that became my career, and I have now spent more than 18 years coaching people with very different goals and levels of experience.
Hypertrophy has been at the centre of how I have trained and coached for almost two decades. Evidence guides how I program, but experience has taught me to watch the person in front of me — how you perform your reps, how your technique changes under load, how you recover and how you respond over time. That tells me when to add weight, change an exercise, adjust volume or simply keep something that is working.
I am also a father of two, so I understand that training has to fit around real work and family commitments. I want the time you spend in the gym to count.
I run Sydney Bespoke Trainer independently. When you hire me, you work with me — I design your program, coach your sessions and make the adjustments. There is no hand-off; I am responsible for the program and the coaching from start to finish, and I take pride in making sure your form and technique are on point.
Different starting points and different goals. These are people I have coached one-to-one.

Greg is truly one of the best. His knowledge of anatomy and functional movement is so intelligent — he could always create a program for me no matter what my goals. I worked with him for 3 years and I miss his training.
I honestly believe Greg is one of the best personal trainers out there. Try a session and you'll notice the difference from the get go.
I have trained with Greg for over 2 years with great success. Greg is as knowledgeable as they come and is a lot of fun to train with.
Greg's understanding of the body enables him to bring the best out of me. He's helped me physically and mentally through major injuries. I'm the happiest I've been with myself.
There are so many PTs around but Greg truly stood out. His approach was completely unique. I am forever grateful for the results I achieved working with him.
If you're looking for a personal trainer who truly invests in your success, I strongly recommend hiring Greg to kickstart or maintain your journey into fitness.
We start by talking. Then I see how you move, build the program, coach it and adjust it as I learn how you respond.
We go through your goals, training history, schedule, injuries and what you actually want from training.
I look at key movements and your technique so I can choose exercises that suit you.
I select the exercises, sets, reps and progression around your goals, experience and available time.
We work on execution, effort and consistency. I want every rep to give us useful information.
I review what is happening in real time and change the plan when there is a good reason to.
No obligation. We talk through what you want to achieve and whether I think I can help.
You are paying for my time, programming and attention to detail — not access to a generic template.
“I want every session to be worth the time and money you put into it. That means thoughtful exercise selection, close coaching and changes when they are actually needed.”
