We'll start with a free consultation, discuss your fitness goals, previous training experiences, any injuries, or health conditions.

MOVEMENT ANALYSIS
Next, we'll perform a detailed analysis of your movement patterns, including squats, deadlifts, push, and pull movements, as well as core strength and stability.

BESPOKE PROGRAM
Based on the results of your movement analysis, I will create a customized training program tailored to your unique needs. We will then work through this program together in our sessions.

TRACK AND REVIEW PROGRESS
We will consistently track the weights you lift to monitor your strength gains and observe improvements in your movement patterns.

My journey in fitness began in my teens, training daily, watching YouTube videos on bodybuilding and reading Arnold Schwarzenegger encyclopedia of bodybuilding.
In 2007, I moved from Newcastle to Sydney to launch my career, earning my Certificate IV in Fitness and working with some of the city’s most driven clients.
Along the way, I’ve been mentored by leading exercise scientists and collaborated with top industry professionals, refining my craft over more than 18 years.
I specialise in evidence-based, periodised training and nutrition strategies—designed for
measurable progress, long-term sustainability, and exceptional results.
